Built for the Pune auto belt — Chakan, PCMC, Ranjangaon
Pune is India's automotive and engineering capital, and most of our quality work sits inside its supplier belt: Chakan MIDC, Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC) and Bhosari MIDC, out to Ranjangaon MIDC, Talegaon MIDC and the Khed and Baramati clusters. These are the Tier-1 and Tier-2 auto-component makers, CNC and machine shops, foundry and forging units, and SPM / machine builders that feed the OEMs and large Tier-1s around the city.
Because our office is in Nigdi, Pune, setup is genuinely local. Our engineers visit your plant in Chakan, Ranjangaon or the PCMC belt, install the system, and train your inspectors, quality engineers and operators on the floor — in Marathi or Hindi, whichever your team works in. When a gauge-due alert or a repeat rejection needs a hand, you are talking to people a short drive away, not a ticket queue in another time zone.
In plain words, before the acronyms
Automotive quality is full of shorthand, so here is the plain version. APQP and PPAP are the approval paperwork your carmaker or Tier-1 demands before you are allowed to supply a part. FMEA is listing what could go wrong on the part or process and planning for it. A control plan says, for each dimension, what to check, with which gauge and how often. MSA / Gauge R&R is proving your gauges actually measure right. SPC is watching the numbers (Cp/Cpk) to catch drift before it becomes scrap. NCR is recording a rejection, 8D is the eight-step problem report your customer asks for, and CAPA means fixing the root cause so the same problem does not come back. Fast Quality runs all of it as one connected system.
Is this you, on the Pune supply chain?
What you get on your Pune shop floor
- APQP run as phase-gated stages with owners and target/actual dates on a live program dashboard.
- Document-backed PPAP with every element and the PSW, each a versioned controlled document (Accepted / Rejected / Accepted-Under-Deviation).
- DFMEA/PFMEA and control plans linked to special characteristics and to the right gauge and frequency.
- A plant-wide gauge register with MSA/Gauge R&R and calibration due-date alerts — your clause 7.1.5 evidence.
- Incoming, in-process, line and pre-dispatch inspection against your specs, with rejection Pareto by defect, process and part.
- NC → 8D → CAPA that amends the FMEA and control plan and triggers a PPAP re-submission where needed.
Why Pune manufacturers choose Fast Quality
Local Pune team, on-site
Built in Nigdi by Improsys, the same team visits Chakan, Ranjangaon and PCMC plants for setup, training and support — hands-on, in your time zone.
Marathi & Hindi on the floor
Your operators and inspectors enter checks in the language they actually work in, so shop-floor data is captured by the people doing the job, not re-keyed later.
IATF 16949 audit-ready
All five core tools run as one workflow, and the APQP, PPAP, calibration, inspection and 8D records an auditor asks for are generated as a by-product of daily work.
Integrates with your existing systems
Fast Quality connects with the systems you already run, including Tally, so inspection, rejection and quality records line up with the rest of the plant instead of living in a separate island.
Affordable for suppliers
Priced per user, per plant, or a flat module fee — scoped to what a Pune auto supplier actually needs, not the enterprise licence-and-consultant model.
One platform, one database
Inspection, rejection, gauge calibration, PPAP and 8D sit on one shared database, so a rejection can natively reference a goods receipt and a complaint can spawn an 8D — no middleware.
Proof, without the marketing
Fast Quality is the automotive QMS profile of the 12-product Fast Suite, built in Pune (Nigdi) by Improsys under the Fast Technology brand. Its reference deployments are discrete-manufacturing and automotive-component plants — foundries, machine shops and Tier-1/Tier-2 assemblies of the kind you find across Chakan, Ranjangaon and the PCMC belt — running APQP, control plans, gauge calibration, incoming and in-process inspection, material and line rejection, and 8D corrective actions on one shared database. Improsys carries ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and CMMI Level 5, and serves manufacturers across India and worldwide, cloud and on-premise.
